Hi. This Hydraulic Lift Table with Basket places safety and ergonomics as a priority as it handles heavy duty loads of processing

This feature was packaged with a table top that offers dimensions of 30” in width front to back and 80” in length left to right.The adjustable table top, also featured, can be set at 1” increments between 30” and 37”. The adjustable table top enables an ergonomically friendly working solution for multiple operators that engage in repetitive movements while processing. This Hydraulic Lift Table increases sorting production while decreasing the opportunity for back injury. The basket featured with this Hydraulic Lift Table handles 400lb capacities.

A 1 h.p. Motor drives the hydraulic cylinder to raise and lower baskets. A standard 110-volt outlet is all that is required to power this unit – thus eliminating the need for air lines.

In order to help eliminate potential pinch points, the Safety Barrier Bar promotes safety by needing to be fully locked before the lifting of the basket can occur. The Safety Barrier Bar surrounding the basket area allows for an additional level of safety.

NOTE: Guards and extensions are painted yellow. Safety guards are bolted on before shipping. Upon arrival, installation will consist of bolting the unit to the floor and plugging the unit into a standard 110-volt outlet.
